Robot Mouse introduces computational thinking and coding to K-2 students through simple directional instructions. Students solve problems by programming a path for Robot Mouse to follow. In this session, we will orient you to Robot Mouse and introduce you to a variety of classroom activities that will fit into what you’re already doing in your classroom!

This 1/2 day professional development activity is designed for Kindergarten – Grade 2 classroom teachers. The opportunity is open only to teachers of the Saskatoon Public School Division, Greater Saskatoon Catholic School Division, Prairie Spirit School Division, and Saskatoon Tribal Council.

During the in-service classroom kits and curricular activities will be introduced to teachers for use in their classrooms. Kits will then be made available to teachers who have received this training.
