What is SaskCode?

SaskCode is an integrated technology program that introduces coding and computational thinking at a wide range of grade levels using age-appropriate technologies. Our activities are linked to existing mathematics, science, and other curricula in Saskatchewan. To accomplish this goal, we work with teachers to provide professional development to equip them with the pedagogy and technological skills they need to engage their students in their learning. We also provide access to robots

Who are we?

SaskCode is run by the Saskatoon Industry-Education Council, which is a partnership between Saskatoon Public Schools, Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools, Prairie Spirit School Division, Saskatoon Tribal Council, and many other community-based organizations, government agencies, and employers.

At this time, our program is only open to teachers in Saskatoon Public Schools, Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools, Prairie Spirit School Division, and Saskatoon Tribal Council.

What is the cost to participate?
